1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required.

2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

3. How long does it take to process my order?

All orders require 7–10 business days for production and processing.
This includes verification, quality finishing, and secure packaging.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

4. What is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 8:00 PM (MST – Denver) will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

5. How long does shipping take?

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier.

6. When will I receive my order?

The total delivery time (processing + shipping) is estimated at 10–17 business days from the date you place your order.

7. Which shipping carriers do you use?

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

8. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking numbers usually become active within 24–48 hours.

9. What if my tracking hasn’t updated?

If your tracking information has not updated within 5 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.

10. Can I change my shipping address or order?

Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours or once production has started, changes may not be possible.

11. What happens if I enter the wrong address?

We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Please double-check your details before submitting your order.

12. What if my package is delayed?

Occasional delays may occur due to weather or carrier issues.
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us, and we’ll help investigate.

13. What if my order arrives with missing items?

If any items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
